Introduction of artificial intelligence techniques for computerized management of defects in an industrial process
Description
An optimized management of Tore Supra Tokamak requires a computerized defect management. The aim is the analysis of an inhibited situation not corrected by automatisms of the process and that can be handled only by human intervention. The operator should understand, make a diagnosis and act to restore the system. In this report are studied an expert system helping the operator to analyze defects of the two main cooling loops (decarbonated water and pressurized water), management of the history of malfunction and recording of diagnosises, elaboration of an adapted expert model and installation of a methodology for defect management in other processes of Tore Supra

Une exploitation optimale de la machine experimentale Tore-Supra requiert une gestion informatique des defauts. L'objectif est d'analyser une situation bloquee que les automatismes du procede ne savent pas corriger. Seule, une intervention humaine peut y remedier. La mission de l'operateur consiste alors a comprendre ce qui se passe, diagnostiquer le probleme et agir pour remettre le systeme en etat. On etudie dans ce memoire: la mise en oeuvre d'un systeme expert aidant l'operateur a analyser les defauts des deux boucles principales du procede refrigeration: eau decarbonatee et eau pressurisee, la gestion de l'historique des dysfonctionnements ainsi que l'archivage des diagnostics realises, l'elaboration d'un modele d'expertise adapte et l'etablissement d'un essai de methodologie de gestion des defauts, applicable aux autres procedes de Tore SupraFiles
