Tunneling in amorphous Sn1-xCux alloy thin films
- 1. Dept. of Physics, Texas A and M Univ., College Station, TX (United States)
Description
The Eliashberg function, α2(ω)f(ω), derived from tunneling spectra for amorphous Sn1-xCux thin films (0.08 ≤ x ≤ 0.41) changes qualitatively as well as quantitatively with x. Values of 2Δ/kBTc, Tc and λ decrease while left angle ω right angle increases with x; μ* = 0.10 ± 0.02, approximately independent of x. (orig.)
