Nuclear spin relaxation processes in liquid alloys of In

Description
The work aims at a test for a description of quadrupolar relaxation in liquid metallic alloys and for the limitations of the approximations involved. Relaxation rates of sup(117m)Sb in In alloys with Ib, IIb, IIIa, IVa and Va elements in the 4., 5., and 6. period have been measured. The observed rates are essentially due to quadrupolar interaction. (Auth.)
