This is a summarizing overview of the local, renewable energy initiatives that are grouped under the heading of 'municipal energy company'. A municipal energy company (or sustainable energy company) is a local energy company that initiates, coordinates and/or manages sustainable energy projects with the primary objective of realizing the climate objectives.

Abstract (Dutch)

Een samenvattend overzicht wordt gegeven van lokale, duurzame energie-initiatieven die onder de noemer 'Gemeentelijk Energiebedrijf' worden geschaard. Een gemeentelijk energiebedrijf (of duurzaam energiebedrijf) is een lokaal energiebedrijf dat duurzame energieprojecten initieert, coordineert en/of beheert met als primaire doel de gestelde klimaatsdoelstellingen te realiseren.
