Rf generation of stable high bootstrap current equilibria

Description
Self-consistent calculations of radio-frequency (rf), current-drive requirements are presented for tokamak, magnetohydrodynamics equilibria which have been tested for stability. These stable equilibria include ones which have been chosen to have a large fraction of the current generated by the neoclassical bootstrap effect, greatly reducing the required current-drive power
