Nuclear transition in the muonic molecule tμ3He

Description
We consider the possibility of a nuclear transition, through the intermediate state of the 6Li(3+,0) nucleus, for the muonic molecule tμ3He. While the three-body Coulomb part of the problem is treated by a variational method using a large basis of trial functions (∼ 1000), strong-interaction effects are calculated in perturbation theory.
