Thermoactivated order-disorder transition in the system of localized charges of disordered multicomponent system of A2B''6 compounds

Description

Electrical and photoelectrical properties of CdSxTe1-x and CdSexTe1-x disordered thin films were investigated in an extremely nonequilibrium conditions at varied electrical field, temperature and power of light. Polarization phenomena and maximum of inverse current of photo- and thermally stimulated polarization were discovered Polarization of films stimulated by light and electrical field was revealed. Polarization time was found to correlate with the amplitude of potential relief inhomogeneities and character of random filed. It was shown that these phenomena result from the transition of the order-disorder type in the system of localized charges
