SUJB recommendations. Safe use of nuclear energy and ionising radiation. Sealed radionuclide sources in brachytherapy
Description
The document consists of 2 parts: Part A deals with HDR brachytherapy using an irradiator for automated afterloading, Part B deals with interstitial brachytherapy of the prostate. Sets of controlled parameters are proposed to serve in the preparation of a system of operational stability testing, long-term stability testing or acceptance testing for the given brachytherapy type.
