Description
The flowmeter uses a liquid oscillator. This produces oscillations when induced by a flow medium. The main constituents are an interaction chamber with inlet nozzles and diverging walls, control nozzles, a splitting element to physically distribute the flow and feedback loops from the ends of the wall to the control nozzles at the beginning of the wall. The feedback loops either run in the right angle of the side walls or against the flow direction of the flow medium through the oscillator. The flow medium pressure in the loops only reacts to the static pressure in the flow medium. The position of the connections 'loops-sidewalls' is determined downwards relative to the static pressure profile on the side walls. The linearity of the flowmeter and the shape of its oscillations depends on these profiles. The mass flow is determined from the frequency and the amplitude of the oscillations. (DG)

Der Stroemungs- bzw. Durchflussmengenmesser benutzt einen fluidischen Oszillator. Dieser erzeugt Schwingungen, wenn er von einem Stroemungsmittel erregt wird. Er weist als Hauptbestandteile eine Wechselwirkungskammer mit Einlassduese und divergierenden Waenden, Kontrollduesen, einen Spaltkoerper zur physikalischen Aufteilung der Stroemung und Rueckkopplungsschleifen von den Enden der Waende zu den Kontrollduesen am Anfang der Waende auf. Die Rueckkopplungsschleifen verlaufen entweder im rechten Winkel von den Seitenwaenden oder von der Stroemungsrichtung des Stroemungsmittels durch den Oszillator weg. Der Stroemungsmitteldruck in den Schleifen wird nur auf den statischen Druck im Stroemungsmittel ansprechbar gemacht. Die Lage der Verbindungsstellen 'Schleifen-Seitenwaende' wird mit Bezug auf die statischen Druckprofile an den Seitenwaenden abwaerts bestimmt. Die Linearitaet des Stroemungsmessers und die Form seiner Schwingungen haengt von diesen Profilen ab. Die Massenstroemung ermittelt sich aus der Frequenz und der Amplitude der Schwingungen. (DG)Files
