Description
Zircaloy-4 samples, oxidized by light water in advance, were sputter-deposited with Zn, Pt and Ni and subsequently oxidized by heavy water. Deuterium concentration in the samples were observed by the nuclear reaction analysis. The result showed that Zn enhanced hydrogen pickup, while Ni prevented. (author)
