Simulation study on the coherent harmonic generation at the NIJI-IV FEL with a hole-coupled resonator
Creators
Description
Generation of the VUV radiation has been numerically studied based on coherent harmonic generation (CHG) scheme at NIJI-IV with a hole-coupled resonator. The optical mode of the light pulse inside the optical cavity in a hole-coupled resonator was simulated by using the code GENESIS 1.3 and its modified version including resonator configurations. In this paper, the expected harmonic radiation power for the different configurations of the hole-coupled resonator combined with a 6.3-m optical klystron ETLOK-II is discussed
