On electromagnetic interaction of hadrons with the spin 3/2
Description
A phenomenological approach to describe the electromagnetic interaction of hadrons with spin 3/2 in the framework of the Rarita-Schwinger formalism has been proposed. A general one-particle equation in the external field has been constructed. Then a nonrelativistic approximation with an accuracy up to terms of order 1/m2 has been considered, where m is the hadron mass. Nonrelativistic hamiltonian is obtained. It can be useful in comparison of experimental data with relativistic models of Ω particle
