Description
To interpret autoradiographic data, it is necessary to substract the background. Two new methods which make it possible to perform that substraction are presented. The first one provides statistical test of the different necessary hypothesis and needs only a few computer time; the second one can always be used; practical examples of these methods are shown

L'analyse des donnees autoradiographiques experimentales necessite la soustraction du bruit de fond on a presente deux nouvelles methodes permettant cette soustraction.
