Description

The resonance properties of magnetized plasma cylinder are carried out for nonzero axial wave vector. There exist two types of coaxial eigenwaves in the vacuum gap between plasma and metallic wall. Their eigenfrequencies are situated at a short distance in the broad range of plasma and device parameters. This leads to effective coupling of coaxial modes. The time of energy transfer is much shorter than the time of collisional decay
