Specific features of twinning in alloys of titanium with W-phase

Description
Using the electron microscopy- and X-ray diffraction methods the structural state of Ti-Mo, V, Cr, Fe alloys containing after annealling atherm ω-phase have been studied as well as the deformation structure of Ti-6 % at.Mo allou. Tne deformation of this alloy results in twinninq of plates with high density of dislocations. The interrelation between the twinninq elements, Bur.oers vector of dislocations and the directions of ω-shifts have been revealed
