Economic Viability of Housing Renovation Projects
Creators
Description
Since the beginning of the economic crisis in 2008 and the bursting of the real state bubble in Spain, there has been an increase in potential for the renovation of pre-existing housing as an urban model in contrast to the previous model of city expansion and development. On the other hand, the regulations and policies in addition to the beginning of the real state crisis look for a re-structuring of the construction sector as a way of economic recuperation.
