Structure of two-layer film systems Mo-Re and Re-Mo

Description

Consideration is given to results of electron-microscopic investigations of two-layer systems on the basis of Re and Mo. Orientation relations in epitaxial compositions (001)Mo-(1210)Re, (110)Mo-(0001)Re, (0001)Re-(110)Mo and between matrix lattices and x-phase were determined. Possibility of preparing multilayer compositions with alternation of single-orientation (0001)Re films and multi-orientation (polycrystal) (110)Mo films is shown
