Synthesis and study of ferromagnetic Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-PbTiO3 solid solutions

Description
Results on synthesis, roentgenostructural studies, differential scanning calorimetry, measurement of dielectrical and magnetic properties of the Ob(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-PbTiO3 system samples are presented. It is shown that solid solutions with PbTiO3 content up to 20 mass% have cubic structure, whereas the PbTiO3 samples with 30-100 mass% have tetragonal structure with increasing c/a ratio. According to the measurements of properties in the ferroelectric tetragonal phase it is shown that the Curie temperature grows with increase in the PbTiO3 content
