Investigation of MeCl3-K2TeO3-H2O (Me-Ga,In) systems

Description

Interaction in the systems MeCl3-K3TeO3-H2O(Me=Ga,In) has been studied at 25 deg C by the method of residual concentrations. It has been established that a ratio (n)K2TeO3:MeCl3 (>=) 1.5 in the system InCl3-K2TeO3-H2O the basic indium tellurites are formed which then transfer into neutral salts. These products are X-ray-amorphous compounds. At n (>=) 2 (pH > 9) complex tellurites of the composition KMe(TeO3)2xnH2O are formed in the systems under study. Complex indium and gallium tellurites are crystalline compounds; their roentgenometric data are given
