Description
During an investigation of sintering and oxidation of silicon nitride (Si3 N4) with several additives (Mg O, Y2 O3 Nb2 O5) it was observed different tendencies of volatilization for the specimens under study. In the present article the experimental results, are described and the effect of the additives in the observed volatilization are discussed. (author)
