Dependence of the survival fraction on reflection angle of molecular nitrogen ions from the copper single-crystal surface

  • 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Moscow (USSR). Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Inst. Yadernoj Fiziki

Description

The reflection of 30 keV molecular nitrogen ions from the (110) face of a copper crystal is studied for a variety of experimental geometries. The effect of the crystal structure of the face on the orientation dependence of the reflection is analysed. (author)
