Study on the bifunctional chelate agents in 90Y labeled antibody. A comparison of 1-(p-isothiocyanato-benzyl) DTPA and cyclic DTPA anhydride

Two bifunctional chelate agents 1-(p-isothiocyanato-benzyl) DTPA (SCN-Bz-DTPA) and cyclic DTPA anhydride (CDTPA) are synthesized and conjugated with antibody, subsequently labeled with 90Y (Ac)3. There are differences in two chelates conjugated with antibodies and the radiochemical stability of the preparation in Vitro. The results show that SCN-Bz-DTPA is superior to CDTPA
