The effect of quality control in simple diagnostic radiology using the evaluation of x-ray images

Description
This work aims to evaluating the diagnostic x-ray and use this evaluation for the reduction of patient dose and worker doses and maintain good quality images. The study was carried out in one of the big public hospital, where the quality of ∼ 1300 diagnostic x-ray images were studied before and after applying quality control for the machines and procedures involved. As result one of the most important factor is the staff and their training which seems to play as essential role in the quality of the x-ray images. (author)
