Progress of scintigraphy
Description
Citing the statistics of use of radiation edited by the Bureau of Science and Technology, the clinical use of radioisotopes was demonstrated. Scintogram instruments were divided into mobile instruments such as scintiscanner and fixed ones such as scinticamera for explanation. The whole body scintigram instruments were explained. The tomographic scintigram instruments were explained. The progress of radioactive medical supplies, new radioactive medical supplies developed recently for scintigraphy, and several new types of scintigram being spread were briefly explained for each of the brain, thyroid, liver and other organs.
