Determination of tellurium, tin and zinc microamounts in high purity gallium by inversion voltammetry

  • 1. Tomskij Politekhnicheskij Inst. (USSR)

Description

An inversion voltammetry procedure has been developed for determining nx10-6-nx10-5% Te, Sn, Zn in one sample. The procedure is based on successive determination of tellurium on a graphite electrode (HCl medium), tin on a mercury film electrode, extraction separation of gallim (3) and determination of zinc in a neutral supporting electrolyte
