Description

In February 1980 the angular structures of 3C 84 and 3C 345 radio sources were investigated by means of the global radiointerferometer network with an angular resolution of approximately 0.4 mas. In 3C 84 two componenets with sizes 3.3 mas sec separated in the North-South direction and two compact components separated by 2-6 mas in the direction with the position angle 56 deg are distinguished. The source is surrounded by the extended galo with angular size 45 mas. The most pronounced features of 3C 345 at 18 cm are the existence of a nucleous and of two successive jets
