Information processes in maintenance contractor activity surveillance at a nuclear power plant. Pt 1. Observation

This is the introductory part of a series of papers devoted to the information processes in the surveillance and supervision of contractor's activities regarding maintenance and engineering services at the Dukovany nuclear power plant. This article describes the overall surveillance and supervision framework and the monitoring personnel information behavior. The Dukovany nuclear power plant records and analytic results serve as a basis for discussion and conclusions. (orig.)
