Description

The legal obligations of the operator in case of dismantling in France are reviewed: shutdown, dismantling and decommissioning, storage procedures. Financial obligations are described to ensure security conditions of dismantling (funds, special governmental grants, taxes). Dismantling technical operations have to be controlled in order to ensure security conditions during all the procedures. Responsibilities of the operator in case of accident during the dismantling phase are discussed together with the waste disposal obligations
