Spectroscopy of Cs2ZnI4:Mn and Rb2ZnI4:Mn crystals

Description
Reflection, emission and excitation spectra of the AzZnI4:Mn2+(A=Cs,Rb) crystals are reported. Measurements were carried out in the temperature range of 77-300 K. From the reflection spectra the band gaps and the exciton position were defined. Calculations were carried out using Tanabe-Sugano and Curie formalism
