Nuclear physical researches in fundamental science interest fulfilled at the Russian Federal Nuclear Center - All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics for 60 years

In the paper nuclear physical researches in fundamental science interest fulfilled at the Russian Federal Nuclear Center - All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics (ARRIEP) for 60 years are discussed. It is noted that at the ARRIEP nuclear-physical studies are leading by three principal directions: 1. Heavy nuclei properties, including physics of heavy nuclei fission, study of fission mechanisms, measuring of key performances of fission nuclei (cross sections and radiation capture, mean number of neutrons and gamma-quanta per fission act etc.), fission in complex reactions; 2. Study of low-nucleon system properties based on excited states of light nuclei, nuclear reaction mechanisms; study of reactions called by protons, deuterons, tritons on light nuclei, photonuclear reactions; reactions called by neutrons, examination of threshold anomalies and related with its spectroscopy. 3. Study of giant resonances in middle weight nuclei, nature of isobar-analogous resonances, direct neutron decay, internal and external mixing, Gamow-Teller resonances in compound systems
