Description
The morphology of a surface and hardening of composite nitride coatings Ti-Zr-N, Zr-Mo-N, Ti-Mo-N have been investigated using methods of X-ray structure analysis and atomic-power microscopy, as well as microhardness tests. The cellular structure is found out in coatings of threefold systems Zr-Mo-N and Ti-Zr-N. (authors)
