Preparation of ion-to-electron conversion dynodes by plasma anodization
Description
The apparatus and procedures for preparing aluminum-oxide surfaces on glass substrates by electron-beam evaporation and plasma-anodization techniques are described in detail. Part of the procedures is a method for evaporating adherent gold electrical contact tabs on glass. (Auth.)
