- 1. Sci-Res. Inst. of Nuclear Physics, Moscow State Univ., Moscow
Description
This paper describes a UIM-23 microscope which was used to scan photographs obtained from holographic bubble chambers. The optical scheme of the apparatus is illustrated. Readings of 2 μm could be obtained in the X and Y coordinates and 4- μm readings in the Z coordinate. The electronics of the instrument conform to the CAMAC standards and are described in this paper
