CRNL studies of particle-solid interactions
Description
This article reviews the scope and accomplishments of the program on the interaction of energetic charged particles with solids. This program was part of the Solid State Science Branch at Chalk River Nuclear Labs prior to the program's elimination as of April 1, 1986 as a result of federal reductions in funding to Atomic Energy of Canada Limited. A brief review of the major research topics of the Solid State Branch is also given
