Increased cyclotron beam intensity using a harmonic beam interceptor

Description

A harmonic beam interceptor has been built for the Oak Ridge Isochronous Cyclotron (ORIC) and has increased the beam intensity on an experimental target for a space charge limited harmonic beam by as much as a factor of two. (Auth.)
