Study of the fast coincidence (n,He3) in (d,d) reactions. Measurement of various total cross sections

Description
The object of this thesis is the total cross-section measurement for the following samples: Be9, Al27, V51, Cr52, Ni58, Co59, Ga69, U238, using neutrons in the energy range of 3 MeV, by the method of the associated particle for the reaction (d,d). The charged particles detector used is a scintillator Ics (Ti) coupled to a photomultiplier 56 AVP. We give not only a study of the kinematics properties of the reactions D (d,n He3 and d (d,p) T but also a theoretical study of the time spectra shape. (author)

L'objet de ce travail est la mesure des sections efficaces totales des corps suivants: Be9, Al27, V51, Cr52, Ni58, Co59, Ga69, U238, pour les neutrons de 3 MeV par une merhode caracterisant chacun de ces neutrons par la particule He3 qui lui est associee dans la reaction (d,d), Le detecteur des particules chargees est un Ics (TCI) couple a un photomultiplicateur 56 AVP. Une etude des proprietes cinematiques des reactions D (d,n) He3 et D (d,p) T est egalernent donnee ainsi qu'une etude theorique de la forme des spectres en temps. (auteur)Files
