Description
For the Compton-effect on a massive spin-1 target we suggest to use dynamic amplitudes without kinematic singularities. This formalism allows us to separate the kinematic and dynamic properties of helicity amplitudes in a simple way. THis is convenient for the description of data. Using dynamic amplitudes we write dispersion relations for individual helicity amplitudes and prove low-energy theorems. 23 refs
