Using Unit-Cost Indices in the Management of Innovative Projects

Description
With effective investment of financial resources, industrial innovations are key aspects of macroeconomic strategy. The authors propose the use of unit characteristics of capital investments, operational costs, and profits in project management. The fundamentals of using unit-cost indices are outlined for gate and kinetic approaches, Gantt charts, and assessments of investment effectiveness.
