Mathematical simulation of short-term stop of hot oil-pipe line

Description

It is known that hot transfer is most wide-spread way for high-viscous petroleum transport. High content of paraffins is main peculiarity of high-viscous petroleums . Under cooling of these petroleums it is possible stop of oil pipe-line . Safe time of the stop is considering as time during of which does not reaching of paraffins cool down. Modification of heat fields of transporting product and environment in result of the pipe-line stop are considered in the paper. For this purpose statement of problem is carried out in two-dimensional field of study, the numerical method is offered and algorithm of the problem solution is worked out, calculation experiment for different conditions of stop is cited
