Description
In the present paper the Evolution Law of material parameters is generalized for constants of dissipative and hysteresis effects. The material equations of disperse media are deduced. We consider the material equations of media with natural optical activity. As an example we estimate the magnitude of influence of the Earth's gravitational field on natural optical activity.
