Increasing efficiency of instruction and training by means of technical aids

The Branch Training Centre of the Research Institute for Nuclear Power Plants in Trnava has been established on the basis of an analysis of known experience gained with the operation of nuclear power plant personnel training systems. The training centre will be a modern integrated didactic system with the broad use of audiovisual, computer and simulator technology. The equipment of the centre is described and a survey is given of instructional systems, subsystems and programmes. The Centre will allow demanding, effective and high-quality development of Czechoslovak nuclear power plant personnel. (B.S.)
