Study of SHF-radiation effect on wide bridges based on YBa2Cu3O7-x epitaxial films

Description
Current steps are obtained on Volt-Ampere characteristics of wide bridges based on YBa2Cu3O7-x epitaxial films under external SHF-radiation effect. Experimental results can be explained using the earlier developed for low-temperature superconductors vortex model allowing for Abrikosov vortices interaction with pinning centers. Critical and superconducting currents have linear dependence on √P in the 15-23 dB range of incident SHF-radiation power variation, therewith this range decreases by growth of bridge voltage. Stimulation of critical and superconducting currents under SHF-radiation effect is detected
