Access to a hearing organised in compliance with atomic energy law

In this court proceeding concerning a hearing in connection with the Muelheim-Kaerlich reactor, the Higher Court of Administration investigated questions relating to: orders for searching persons, the right of an attorney to exercise his profession, the right of the chairman of a meeting to enforce order, and the principle of reasonableness.
