Nonlinear photoluminescence of ZnSe

Description
The effects of intensive optical excitation of ZnSe(Te) crystals by light quanta with energy ηω≤Eg are studied. It is established that for low-atomic samples characteristic is the dependence of the luminescence intensity I on the excitation intensity Φ being linear with low excitations and sublinear with high ones, while for high-atomic samples the dependence is hyperlinear with low excitations and linear with high excitations. The hyperlinear dependence I(Φ) is explaned in the model of two-stage transitions from the valence zone into the conduction one through a deep level of the localized state of electrons
