First results obtained with 123I-labelled monoclonal granulocyte antibodies for detection of inflammatory soft tissue or bone lesions

123I Mabgc were tested for suitability of detecting infections soft tissue lesions, or osteomyelitis. In 92 percent of the cases, a correct positive accumulation was shown by the 123I Mabgc scintiscan. (orig./MG)

Abstract (German)

Ziel unserer Untersuchungen war, Weichteilinfektionen und/oder Osteomyelitiden mit 123J Mabgc nachzuweisen. Insgesamt konnte in 92% der Faelle eine richtig-positive Anreicherung in der 123J Mabgc-Szintigraphie nachgewiesen werden. (orig./MG)
