Change of structural defects in amorphous alloy Fe73Co5B14Si8 during annealing

Description
A series of annealing treatments of amorphous alloy Fe73Co5B14Si8 have been carried out. The changes of structural defects during annealing were investigated by using the Doppler broadening technique of positron annihilation. The results show that the concentration of structural defects varies with a change of annealing temperature. (orig.)
