Description
Coordination compounds of copper (II) with 1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl pyrazoline-5-thion have been studied in the article. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of new copper (II) complexes with 1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl pyrazoline-5-thione have been defined. By means of infrared spectroscopy, it has been shown that 1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl pyrazoline-5-thion coordinates with copper (II) monodentally through the sulfur atom of the hetero cycle. Thermal decomposition of synthesized complexes has been studied, and the kinetic parameters of thermolysis process have been determined. (author)
