Contribution of two-phonon processes to magnetophonon resonance in InSb
Description
The lateral and longitudinal magnetic resistanse in InSb has been studied in the magnetic fields ranging from 0 to 20 T. The peaks are observed (minima at dsup(2)rhosub(zz)/dBsup(2) records and maxima at dsup(2)rhosub(xx)/dBsup(2) records) in the magnetic fields ranging from 6 to 8.5 T. It is shown that the structure of particularities observed in the given range of magnetic fields could be related with magnetophonon resonances which are accompanied by the absorption of resolved combinations of phonon pairs in InSb
