Description

Lxiviant's acidity is one of the important parameters of ore heap leaching. The experiments of column leaching and industrial heap leaching were carried out at different acid concentrations. The effect of acid concentration on extraction, leaching rate and acid consumption was investigated. Economical acidity of the lixiviant was determinated. After the control mode of lixiviant's acidity was used, the extraction of uranium increased by 6%, acid consumption decreased by 0.5%, and leaching time shortened 40 day. (authors)
