Bound states of the one-dimensional relativistic polaron in the single-loop approximation
Creators
Description
The article considers the quasirelativistic two-band model of a narrow-gap semiconductor allowing for the interaction of the electron Dirac field with the classical dispersionless phonon field in an external δ-function impurity potential. Classical discrete-spectrum solutions are obtained. The polarization of the fermionic vacuum by the phonon field is analyzed in the single-loop approximation
